"Be somebody who makes everyone feel like a somebody." -Kid President
Pledge Class: Gamma Rho
Olivia Meger is a senior Finance major, with a minor in Sociology. She was born in the small town of Bakersfield, California and played three years of varsity tennis in high school. After touring SDSU, Olivia knew she wanted to go to college at the beach and escape the 100 degree Bakersfield heat she had lived in for years. After two years of growing and creating friends in college, Olivia decided to join Delta Sigma Pi in the Fall of her junior year because she wanted to push herself professionally and make friends that would support her career/life goals in the future. She served as Gamma Rho class President and hopes to continue to give back to the fraternity the same way it has given to her. She is focusing on landing an internship at a Brokerage firm in the fall and hopes to obtain her real estate license within the next year. Come Winter 2020, Olivia will be interning at the Capitol in Washington D.C. under Congressman Kevin McCarthy to learn more about agricultural bills and investment strategies. In her free time, Olivia enjoys going for runs outside, watching the sunset, playing guitar/piano, throwing herself into new projects, and meeting new people.
