As part of the Gamma Omicron pledge class, she held the position of VP of Professional Activities. Within her major, McHayla wants to further explore the hospitality industry, specifically within hotels and restaurants, after finding her passion for customer service. She has held two internship positions, both in Japan, as a Room Operations Intern at The Westin in Tokyo in 2018 and a Food & Beverage Intern at the Four Seasons in Tokyo in 2019. She has also recently accepted a full time offer for post-graduation at the newly opening Four Seasons in Tokyo, Japan. In the meantime, you can find McHayla hanging out with her friends & family, getting coffee and binge watching insane amounts of shows on Netflix.
