Matt Miller was born and raised in San Jose, California. During his tenure at Willow Glen High School, Matt spent a majority of his time playing baseball or volunteering at science and summer camps for the local elementary schools. Growing up in the capital of Silicon Valley, Matt became extremely interested in the business side of the surrounding companies, and knew he wanted to be a business major. Combine this with his hope to live in Europe after graduation, Matt enrolled at San Diego State University as an International Business - Germany major, but promptly switched to Marketing, as it was better suited for him. Understanding the importance of getting out and meeting like-minded people and preparing himself for his post-graduation career, he was led to Delta Sigma Pi. After hesitating his first semester, Matt pledged the fraternity as a member of the Gamma Omicron Pledge Class. Immediately, he knew he made the right decision, as he learned so much about the business world and had a great time with his peldge brothers. This semester, Matt is apart of the Pledge Committee and the Social Committee, and has future aspirations of holding executive positions and possibly be a Big. After graduation, he wants to work in either the automotive or sports industry, but has not nailed down anything too specific. During his limited free time, you can usually find Matt spending time with friends, playing basketball at the ARC, and exploring the greater San Diego area.
