Madison Klair grew up in San Diego and went to Canyon Crest Academy for high school. She decided that she wanted to stay in San Diego by attending SDSU to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management with an honors minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. She actually lived on a farm for a few years and owned animals such as llamas and chickens, so she is quite the animal lover. Throughout high school, she enjoyed volunteering at Helen Woodward Animal Center as a camp counselor during the summers and dog kennel assistant on the weekends. She also worked for a growing company called TalentSmart, a company that teaches the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace. Currently, she works at her mom’s doggy daycare here in San Diego and loves meeting new puppies each week. Madison is a sophomore, and she is a Resident Advisor (RA) in the Maya & Olmeca residence halls. She decided to pledge Delta Sigma Pi during her second semester of freshman year, because she was in a social sorority, Delta Gamma, and wanted to be a part of a professional organization while also being able to make close connections to others. She is now VP of Community Service for the Spring 2019 semester. In her free time, she enjoys exploring San Diego with her friends, watching movies, and eating good food.
