Madison Klair grew up in San Diego and went to Canyon Crest Academy for high school. She decided that she wanted to stay in San Diego by attending SDSU to pursue a degree in Human Resource Management with an honors minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. She actually lived on a farm for a few years and owned animals such as llamas and chickens, so she is quite the animal lover. Madison enjoys helping her mom with her doggy daycare, Wags and Ruffs, whenever she gets the chance. In high school, Madison worked for a growing company called TalentSmart, a company that teaches the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace. This past summer, Madison enjoyed being an HR intern at a biotech company called Bionano Genomics. Madison is a junior, and she will be studying abroad in Vienna, Austria during the fall semester. She looks forward to being a Resident Advisor (RA) for the second time when she returns in the spring semester. Madison decided to pledge Delta Sigma Pi during her second semester of freshman year, because she was in a social sorority, Delta Gamma, and wanted to be a part of a professional organization while also being able to make close connections to others. She was VP of Community Service for the Spring 2019 semester and looks forward to holding future positions. In her free time, she enjoys exploring San Diego with her friends, watching movies, and eating good food.
