We look for those who align with our chapter’s three pillars and have a genuine desire to give back to the world around them. I also aim to show potential new members the many benefits they can gain by joining our organization, both personally and professionally. Through the recruitment events I plan as Senior Vice President, I hope to give potential members a glimpse into the growth and development opportunities available to them. My goal is for these events to highlight the lasting impact our organization can have, helping members excel not only during their time with us but also in their future careers.”

This would also entail more consistent events throughout the whole semester, so that there is constantly money coming into the chapter. Finally, I would like to implement a committee consisting of other directors and brothers alike, so that activity and participation can be heavily encouraged through more than just one source."
