Melva Gitana is originally from San Diego, California and transferred from San Diego Mesa College to San Diego State and joined Delta Sigma Pi with the Pledge Class Beta Tau. She has held positions as the Pledge Class Vice President, Vice President of Community Service and is currently the Vice President of Pledge Education (goodluck BX :]). Apart from the Fraternity Melva has been on the Greenfest Committee 2011 and VPCS 2011. Goals for Melva are to work in the workforce for two to three years after graduating before returning for her MBA with either an emphasis in Marketing or Healthcare Management.
