Pledge Class: Gamma Eta
Katie Christensen grew up in Orange County before moving to San Diego to attend SDSU. As a competitive dancer for 10 years, she learned and retained many core values such as discipline, sportsmanship, motivation, commitment, teamwork, and passion. Because math had always been her forte and with inspiration from her mother being an accountant, Katie knew she wanted to pursue Accounting and explore another Southern California city. Wanting to learn more about the business world and be a part of a solid support system, Katie pledged the Gamma Eta Spring 2015 Pledge Class during her freshman year and was the Co-Chair Vice President of Activities for her pledge class. She has also served as the Co-Historian and VP of Scholarships & Awards for the chapter. Katie was an Audit Intern for Lindsay & Brownell over the summer and plans to obtain her Masters next year. In her free time, Katie enjoys eating at new restaurants, dancing, and spending time with her friends.
