Born in Vietnam, Justin moved to the U.S. when he was 2 and continued to be raised in Orange County. During his high school years, Justin participated in the youth scout program at his local temple, his high school’s dance club and competitive cheer-leading team, and served as the President of the Korean Connection Club his senior year. Through this, he not only started valuing hard work, competition, and teamwork but began appreciating diversity as well. After graduating from Orange Coast College as a Phi Theta Kappa honors student, Justin decided to transfer to San Diego State University to pursue its Marketing program. During Fall 2016, he pledged for Delta Sigma Pi in the hopes of being in a group of like-minded and goal-oriented people and was elected as the VP of Social Activities in his pledge class. By being a part of this business fraternity, Justin hopes to improve his professional skills along with his brothers and aspires to work with Japanese or South Korean companies in the future. In the meantime, he is currently working in a government contracting agency with some other brothers in the organization and is enjoying his time as a student. When he isn’t studying, Justin enjoys learning languages, dancing, listening to K-Pop, crying over Korean dramas, and playing the ukulele to the Moana soundtracks.
